How long does it take to process and ship my order? TOP

PERSONALIZED ITEMS: All personalized items take 2-3 weeks to fulfill before they ship to the store. The artists need time to craft your item with care. Please keep this in mind when placing any order that contains personalized items.  Whenever possible, please place your orders in advance - especially during camp, holiday and back to school. Most custom product pages give an estimate of how long your item will take. During camp and holiday season, custom items usually take between 3 weeks before shipment.  Please allow time when placing your order!

SHIPPING: At this time, all packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS.  At checkout, you can choose USPS First Class/Standard, Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or UPS. 

Additionally, if you need something by a certain date, please write it in the comments section of the shopping cart or e-mail and we will try our best to accommodate you! 

Do you ship to my location? TOP

Presently, orders are restricted to the United States.

How is shipping calculated? TOP

Shipping is calculated by prevailing USPS/UPS rates based on the weight of your items and the location/zip code you are shipping to. Occasionally, your shipping will be miscalculated - especially if you have many different items, as each is given an assigned weight.  No worries - in this case, we will refund you the overcharge via PayPal.

What is your return policy? TOP

Kidcessories strives to provide you with high-quality apparel and accessories - every time you order.  Unfortunately, there are times when items can become defective in transit.  Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if an item is found to be defective.  Please e-mail or call 631.423.8444 with your order number and reason for the return and we will provide you with our return address.  

When we receive the defective item(s), we will refund you the dollar amount of your order using the payment method you used at checkout. 

Returns can be brought back to the store within 30 days along with a receipt for store credit.


The color of my ____ does not match the picture on the site. Did you send the wrong item? TOP

Due to differences in monitor settings and resolution, we unfortunately cannot control how our images look on your end.  If you have any questions regarding colors, textures, fabrics, embellishments or size, please contact us at or call 631.423.8444 and we will be happy to help you.

How often do you update your products? TOP

When we opened the retail store, we quickly realized that there was little to no time to keep the website updated. That being said, we know this is disappointing to our customers across the country who view our products on social media and would like an easy way to purchase. We are working towards updating the site for Fall 2016. In the meantime, please call the store during our normal business hours at 631.423.8444 and we will spend time on the phone with you discussing items that you are interested in. We ship daily everywhere in the continental U.S.
